Chirpy- banana pancakes (these are gluten free)
The recipe called for 1.5 cups of pancake mix, one egg and 3/4 cups of milk.
I used a cup of mis, 1/2 cup crickets, a banana instead of eggs, and almond milk instead of regular milk. -delicious!
“Chirpin’-Chickpea Fritters”!!
So easy! Simply sub 1/4 of mix with crickets. I fried mine flat instead of round so i can use less oil.
Chirpy chocolate Brownies!
Follow the recipe on the box- substitute 1/4 of mix with Cricket Powder!
The Tofu Scramble
Onions, peppers, kale and cricket powder sauteed in olive oil with tofu.
Optional: sprinkle with shredded “cheese”
